Please Note: The Deadline to request a refund is Monday, October 8,
2010. If you register for the Annual Meeting and/or Golfing and you fail
to attend, no refunds will be issued.
The following is a list of MDBBA, Inc. positions we are accepting
nominations for as Officers/Directors of the MDBBA, Inc.:

Assistant Treasurer
3 Board of Directors seats
As pursuant to the by-laws of the MDBBA, Inc., from the date of this
notice, there is a fourteen (14) day period for additional nominations. If
you wish to nominate individuals for the Board of Directors and/or
Officers of the MDBBA, Inc. please forward the name of the individual
being nominated to the attention of Lisa Doran, Esq., 69 Public Square,
Suite 700, Wilkes-Barre, PA, 18701. or email to ldoran@dndlegal.com.
A vote for the officers will be taken at the annual meeting October 23,
2009.
All memberships expire on December 31, 2009. In order to vote at the
annual meeting, your membership must be current. Annual dues for the
MDBBA now run on a calendar year and are $95.00 per attorney. You
can check the status of your membership by visiting our membership
page on our website at www.mdbba.net and logging in.
